Hitron Technologies Selects CopperGate and PMC-Sierra Solution for its HomePNA Multi-Service Residential Gateway Product

PMC-Sierra’s MSP7100 Multi-Service Processor® family combined with CopperGate’s CopperStreamtm CG3110 chipset provides a comprehensive solution for high-performance residential gateways targeted at in-home distribution of IP multi-media entertainment data.

CopperStream chipsets are the first to comply with the ITU G.9954 (HomePNA 3) home networking standard.
