Amadesa Appoints Rita Brogley to CEO1
David Efergan assumes role of President and Chief Strategy Officer
CHICAGO, Dec 08, 2008 (BUSINESS WIRE) -- Amadesa ( www.amadesa.com), a leader in end-to-end Web site testing and personalization, today announced that Rita Brogley has been appointed chief executive officer, effective immediately. David Efergan, co-founder of Amadesa, and formerly CEO and president, will continue serving Amadesa as president and also assumes the role of chief strategy officer. In addition, Brogley will join the board of directors of Amadesa.

Brogley joined Amadesa earlier this year as a senior executive, leading marketing and business development and overseeing product management. Brogley brings more than 20 years of sales, marketing, and operations leadership to the CEO role, including a successful role as CEO of Moxi Digital (acquired by Digeo) and in senior management positions at Microsoft, WebTV, Bain and Company, and Hewlett-Packard. Brogley’s educational background includes a Master of Business Administration from the Harvard Business School and a Bachelor of Science in Industrial Engineering from Northwestern University.
