Former VP Business Development, responsible for IT investments, at Clal Industries and Investments, one of Israel’s largest investment and holding companies; led the investment in Fundtech (NASDAQ:FNDT) that was acquired by GTCR in December 2011 for approximately $390M

Held R&D and Biz Dev executive positions in Tecnomatix (1989-1996), and made key contribution to acquisitions on behalf of the company
- Served in R&D management positions in high growth companies in the Silicon Valley

Holds an M.Sc. in Computer Science from Weizmann Institute, Israel, a B.Sc in Physics from Tel Aviv University, Israel and an IEP from INSEAD, Fontainebleau, France.

Community Outreach:
